Getting started

How do I upload a video?

Click the upload card on the home page, drag a file, or browse from your computer. We process the file in the browser before it leaves your device.

Which formats are supported?

MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV up to 50 MB. Larger exports can be split or re-encoded before upload.

Will the original quality be preserved?

Yes. Our pipeline keeps the source resolution and bitrate whenever possible. You can download both the cleaned video and a comparison preview.

Credits & billing

How are credits calculated?

We charge the greater value between duration (2 credits per second) and file size (2 credits per MB), with a minimum of 20 credits per clip.

Can I get a refund?

If a job fails because of our infrastructure we automatically refund the credits. For other issues contact support within 30 days and we will help.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.

Processing

How long does cleaning take?

Most clips finish in one to five minutes. Longer exports may take slightly longer while the queue spins up GPU resources.

What happens to my files after processing?

We retain the original and cleaned video for 30 days so you can re-download them. You can delete them manually at any time from the dashboard.
