1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a company you confirm that you have permission to bind that company.

2. Usage rights

You may upload Sora-generated or self-owned videos for the sole purpose of watermark removal.

You remain responsible for the content you upload and warrant you have the necessary rights to process it.

3. Credits and billing

Credits are prepaid units that can be consumed to process videos. Credits are non-transferable but do not expire.

All purchases are final. We will refund credits automatically when a job fails because of our infrastructure.

4. Service availability

We aim for 24/7 availability, but maintenance or network issues may temporarily interrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the system, upload prohibited content, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
